Yogurt Barbecue Marinated Chicken Skewers


We always like to figure out new ways to use our products to showcase how versatile they are. The other day I was watching a cooking show and they did a yogurt marinated chicken that had harissa in it. It got me to thinking, "hey, I can do that with barbecue!" So, I did and it turned out DELISH! This is our take on the Middle-Eastern yogurt kebabs done Savoure style!


· 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed


· 1 C greek yogurt

· 3 cloves garlic, grated or finely minced

· Zest & juice of 1 lime

· 1 tsp salt

· 1 tsp sugar

· 1/2 tsp pepper

Additions to skewers

· Onions

· Peppers

· Pineapple

· Mushrooms

· Grape tomatoes

Cube chicken into bit sized pieces. Combine all marinade ingredients in large bowl. Add chicken and toss to coat. Marinate for 20 minutes to an hour. Place on skewers, alternating with your favorite additions. Grill or bake. Serve on a bed of rice. Enjoy!
