SHIPPING POLICY
If you spend more than $35 and shipping is free in the continental United States. Right now we are charging $12 shipping for any orders $35 and under. We ship within 3-5 business days of when your order is placed. For orders outside the continental United States shipping is a flat rate based on your location, please enter in your address for an estimate. For those outside the continental United States shipping is free for purchases over $50.

Shipping charges are subject to change at any time based on current shipping prices.

Please keep in mind that our products are made in small batches. Heavy ordering on a product could cause delays, but we will be sure to let you know. This has never happened, but we felt it fair to let you know.

We normally ship UPS Ground and will send you tracking information when it goes out.

We also offer free pick up our local farmers market, Haymaker Farmers Market, in Kent, OH, on Saturdays. Please refer to the drop menu for shipping when checking out.
RETURN POLICY
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any open product. If the product is unopened and within 30 days of purchase we can do an exchange for you once we receive the product back, but you're gonna love it so you don't have to worry about this. Shipping charges for return of unopened product is customers responsibility, unless prior arrangements have been made.
PAYMENT METHOD
We accept all forms of credit cards through Square as well as PayPal. If you need to pay in another manner please reach out, you won't be able to purchase online, but we can make it happen at our local farmers markets. We offer free pickup at our local farmers markets and can accept payment there if necessary.
